Please make sure that all the audio sliders in the Audio Options menu are set to 100%.  That is the only way to get the best balance of game sound as we intended it to be.

Do you have "Creator Mode" enabled? In Options->Gameplay->Creator Mode.  That would turn off the visual effects and sound processing for the glitch filter.

Thanks for the report, we'll take a look.

You can change the audio device that the game is using in the Audio Options menu.

If you set the in-game music slider to 'off' then the next time you login it will remember this setting, so you don't need to do it everytime you load the game.

Hmmm, we're not getting this.  Can you try:

Check your Windows sound settings to make sure you have everything hooked up correctly.  Also, in Options->Sound check to make sure the audio output device is the correct one for your system.

If trying the above does not work then try this:

1. On the Warframe launcher, click the little gear icon on the top right.  In the Download Cache section hit "Verify" and "Optimize".

2. If that doesn't work then please try re-installing the game.
